The Ara Mirá is a high-standard multifunctional complex that offers a sensitive invitation to outdoor living in Manaus. The development is anchored in concepts of safe community living, biophilia, and walkable cities to provide identity spaces that integrate architecture, nature, and practicality. The starting point of the project was a collaborative creation process, carried out through the Charrette Design methodology, coordinated by the EXP team, which brought together different perspectives to generate innovative solutions, deeply connected to the local context.

Thus, a fluid, inviting, and Amazonian urban nucleus is created: with a series of points of interest, nature takes a central role in human experience and architectural design — an oasis for its surroundings. Within the complex, extremely tree-lined streets with native species are offered, connected to a diversified, complete system of open spaces directed towards daily life. This system has been spatialized in different densities and scales across the terrain, presenting water and its curves not only as compositional inspiration but also in the dimension of experience. By articulating local identity with sustainable solutions, Ara Mirá offers a contemporary and qualified response to urban life in Manaus.
