Casa Parque was conceived to emulate the comfort and privacy of a residence within a vertical building, featuring an architectural language that uniquely connects with the cerrado, incorporating its materialities and textures.
In this project, EXP contributed to the design of all the external spaces, including access points, gardens, condominium terrace areas, and planters on the façade, reinforcing the identity premises and carrying the development’s concept into the residents’ experience. Serenity and comfort are expressed through the delicacy of textures, the precision of the design, and the privacy afforded by the arrangement of the different spaces.
The cerrado landscape is broadly highlighted through the choice of materials and vegetation. The plant composition, which incorporates native species, is inspired by contemporary international trends such as the “New Perennial” movement, led by Piet Oudolf, and the research of landscaper Gilles Clément. The garden is designed in a naturalistic way, creating a dreamlike atmosphere that imparts lightness and refinement to the outdoor spaces.
