The ‘Air’ is a celebration of contemporary life — practical, technological, and guided by the search for simplicity and kindness in interactions. Its space conveys the idea of serenity and well-being at home. Invited to develop the landscaping of the common areas, EXP explores a palette of neutral tones and the visual impact of rectified and unique compositions. Located in Uberlândia (MG), the project presents a program of needs aligned with this narrative, with a spa, pool, and external fitness area integrated.
The entrance of the building is marked by a welcoming garden with tropical vegetation that features many textures, combining botanical expressiveness with a composition of rectified geometry of materiality. Access is highlighted by a rhythm of light fixtures and a sitting area that invites lingering. More broadly, the vegetation also reinforces the architectural lines, with hanging and voluminous species in the planters integrated into the façade. In the social areas, a strategy of decomposition of rectangular planes is adopted: the pool solarium and the planters detach from the floor and are surrounded by a water flow along the floor that overflows from the pool, softening the perception of boundaries. The SPA and the children's pool are configured as more intimate cutouts, positioned under a welcoming cover that reinforces the human scale and the atmosphere of well-being. The landscaping of the “Air” materializes in its details a space where the daily routine becomes an experience of care and tranquility.
